Craig Goodridge is a really down-to-earth person which makes him ideal as a real estate agent because he relates so well to everyone. He builds good relationships. He really put in the extra effort to obtain a better offer on my property. He was positive that we could achieve a good result. He has a very calm nature so you immediately feel reassured and safe in his presence. I highly recommend him.

From the start Karen was pretty much on the money in terms of time frames and other expectations. She wasn't pushy or smug etc like other real estate agents I have encountered. The reason we went with Karen is because we thought she is someone who people would like to buy a house off with her calm and respectful demeanour. I think we were correct. She was always in touch with us as to what was happening during the process but only when necessary which was great. Our tenant in the house also found Karen very respectful and easy to deal with when it came time for inspections and open homes etc.

Being from the country buying a property in the city is a daunting prospect to say the least.
But from the moment we called Chantal she put our minds at ease. She is not only amazing but is kind, considerate and a wealth of knowledge! Craig was really great to deal with and is one of the best agents we interacted with in our 8 month property search.He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and made the process really enjoyable and exciting, which was important to us as first home buyers. Ross has been excellent throughout. It was a challenging affair dealing with landlord, property managers and tenants, but Ross was exceptional in handling all the challenges in selling our property. He was persistent, and got us a fair price given the market condition.

We contacted Chantal and asked if we could have our home on the market and ready for a home open in a week and she made it happen. Chantal communicated with us at every step of the way, was extremely professional and delivered an exceptional sale result for us after only 1 home open.
